This post is kinda late.. lol but you ppl can study for EOY?
Yea, found this cool
SETTING UR SIGHTS Getting down to study
Make Space/where to study
-quiet room where you can study uninterrupted
-make study area a place you want to go
-make it personal to you/ customise, with ur paintings posters, artwork and your favourite objects
Air -Fresh, clean air essential
Temperature -a slightly cool temperature is the best
Light -standard light bulb is better than a fluorescent light bulb
Desk and chair Cramped space produces cramped posture and an cramped mind
-Desk: large working space with no distractions -Chair needs to be of a height so that allows ur feet to rest flat on the ground(straight back) -Should not be too comfortable
Organisation -Have a bulletin board for pinning memos posters and goals -Keep all things you need for study within easy reach ( i suggest the TROLLEY in IKEA) -Keep books tidily filed and organised -have your homework notebook and/or study planner open and ready for use -have a dictionary handy
-Remove distractions and temptations like phone calls and u noe, video gaming?
-stick to your study plan and ur priorities
THE LAST ONE idon RELLi AGREE TO it, COS U Shud LISTEN TO JAY chOu sonGS:
-Have music that is quiet and of baroque style
Effective note taking and memory skills
Memory development the best way to study and remember details is by taking regular breaks every 35-45 minutes for about 5 minutes
Research have shown that the following review schedule is best:
1. 10mins after an hour's study 2. 2-4minutes-1day after first review 3. 2minutes-1week after second review 4. 2minutes-1month after third review
